hi folks,

I'm looking for an program that enables that!

wheel + ctrl = scrolling side by side
wheel + Shift= fast scrolling
whell + Alt = faster scrolling


Is there a programm that can do that?

Do you know that the wheel is clickable?
After click the scrolling wheel, more your mouse, you should be able
scroll side by side and up and down.

Nope,
click on wheel an moving mouse marks the text in the application.

No moving side-by-side.
