Please tell me a good free hosting (or not so expensive) that suport ASP.NET
and BD (Access or SQL Server), pop3 and smtp server, host domain name , ftp
and other services..

I've used http://www.dotnetted.co.uk/ for some time and can't fault them. I
don't know if £6.00 per month is "not so expensive" for you but I think of it
as "two pints of beer and a packet of crisps". SQL is an extra £6.00 but
Access is free.
