Free Disc Space Unchanged After Uninstall

I have Windows XP Professional, SP1. I uninstalled ULead Studio, which was
using about 120 megabytes of free space. After uninstalling, the free space
was totally unchanged.

The Ulead "program files" folder did get totally deleted in the uninstall,
and I emptied the recycle bin. I deleted any files found in WINNT/Temp. I
rebooted. My free space STILL has not changed one single little bit. We're
talking some 120 megabytes, apparently totally GONE.

Tips?

Open System Restore. Create a restore point. Then use the option in Disk
Cleanup to remove all but the most recent restore point.
