Free/Busy Info for Resource Mailboxes

T

Trevor Lawrence

For an ordinary user running Outlook against Exchange Server, various
articles indicate that Outlook updates Free/Busy information every 15
minutes. However in the case of mailboxes configured as Resource mailboxes
and configured to automatically accept/reject booking requests, no "user" is
logged on to that mailbox directly. Who, then, is responsible for
publishing Free/Busy Information for that resource mailbox.

The user who books an appointment in that mailbox will trigger a free/busy update for it.
