free/busy details open to all Outlook 2003 users

when scheduling an appointment with another user from the
same address book, I have discovered that I can view the
details of the meetings scheduled on any other users
diary by placing the cursor over the 'busy' coloured bar
and this shows the full details of the users appointments.

I do not have any permissions to the users mailbox at all.
We have found that this only applies to Outlook 2003
clients, e.g they can access full details of free busy
times of Outlook 2000 & 2003 clients calendars, but 2000
clients cannot see other 2000 or 2003 users detailed
free/busy times.

Is quite disturbing that 2003 users can see that you are
in a private meeting or on holiday to the maldives for
example.
It seems to be relaetd to outlook 2003 only

Is there a way to restrict what users can see when
schedling appointments and looking at other users
free/busy times?

Please help
thanks

Tools->Options->Calendar->Planner Options. Uncheck the option to show
calendar details in the grid.
