Free answering machine .wav messages?

Hi. I'm looking for some free voicemail/answering machine messages in
..wav or mp3 format that sound profesional. Basically, all I want is a
short file to say something like, "Thank you for calling. There is
nobody here to take your message. Please leave a message" -- and
possibly have some music in the background or something.

Any info is MUCH appreciated.

I recommend a stand-alone answering machine. The reason is really
simple: when your computer is off or infested with viruses, you're SOL.
And you'll be using way, way less electricity.
