framework .net and windows installer components? help with...

Hi, Okay here's the prob, I bought a PrintWorkShop. I
tried installing in and it said it needed the mscrobee.dll
file to function. Okay, So their company told me to
download Microsoft .net framework 1.1. Okay, so I
downloaded that, and tried installing THAT, and then my
computer tells me: "Setup cannot access Windows Installer
Components. Setup cannot continue." Well, now what do I
do? I wrote the the VAlusoft company (The makers of the
Printworkshop I bought) Their probably just going to tell
me to get help from Microsoft now. But Microsoft charges
for their help? I don't know what else to do, and I'm
starting to run out of patience. At first I was just like,
okay, just download that and it'll be okay. Then, it was -
Okay, one more thing.. but then yet ANOTHER problem pops
up with the Windows Installer Thing.. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.. Thanks - Melissa
