Right click an open space on your desktop.
Choose "Properties".
Click "Settings".
Click "Adanced".
Click "Adapter".
Click "List All Modes".
This should bring up a listing of all the different mode
settings for your video card.
Highlight the one you want, and then hit the "OK" button.
This change will affect the FPS and the color depth.
If you can see everything clearly then click OK.
You might have to readjust the position and size of your
desktop on you monitor after this, but it will look so
much better, and you won't get a headache watching the
60hrz flicker.
