Frames In Themes

I am a new Frontpage 2003 user. I have created a website at :

http://www.workathomeopportunities.biz

There is something that I do not understand. The theme I used in Frontpage
has three frames. One on the left, one at the top and one at the bottom. Are
my navigator links suppose to be in the left frame, my body text information
in the top frame and my footnote information such as "hit counter" in the
bottom frame. If so is there a way for me to increase the length of the top
frame if I am using a theme already created in frontpage. I hope these
questions make sense. Also any suggestions you can give me on improving my
website will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

No frames on that site...do you mean Shared Borders? Yes.

Shared borders go edge to edge and top bottom (sorta) already...do you mean
can you put a wider banner image in the top shared border...yes, but you
have to make the graphic yourself - or customize the theme graphic (not
worth the hassle).

The left column shared boreder is fixed at abt 154px (i think) then there's
a 20-24 px blank space to the right of that that you cannot alter either.

I'm pretty sure the top & bottom shared borders go all the way across
automatically no matter what your browser viewport is extended to.

| Can the width and length of shared borders be changed? If so how is this
done?

You can change the width by insert a table, etc.
