Changing Frames in Themes Templates

Guest

I'm using FrontPage for the first time, and I've decided to use a template
from the "Themes" list. The text I've put in the upper frame (banner area)
of my site is carried over onto ALL pages of my site, which is fine.
However, I want to put photos (JPGs) ONLY on the home page (in the upper
frame banner area) without them being put on all of the pages in the site.
Can I do that in the upper frame without having copies carried over to ALL of
the pages in my site? If not, can I insert a new frame below the banner
frame that would only be on the home page only? How do I do that on while
using a "Theme" template?

Help!! (and Thanks!!)

You will have to go to Format | Shared Borders on the home page and remove the top shared border
from being displayed and then insert a table to place your images.

Is there a way to do this without deleting what I've already created in the
banner area? When I followed your instructions, and the entire upper frame
disappeared on all pages.

Thanks again for your help!!

Format->Shared Borders
IMPORTANT Select the radio - "Current Page" IMPORTANT do not
select "All Pages", do not tick the box "Reset borders for current
page to web default".
Then remove the shared border by clearing the appropriate box.

For that page only, you will have to reconstruct the "banner" area,
the other pages should not be affected.

PS - frames and shared borders are very different things in web
nomenclature.
