framed links

I want to provide links on my web site to other url's. How do I set it up so
a frame is around the target site so I don' t lose the viewers and they can
easily navigate back to my site? I am using Front Page 2003

When you create the hyperlink choose Target Frame, New Window

Thanks David, when I choose Target Frame, New Window the Target Setting shows
_blank. Do I need to set up or identify another target setting?
