I have several files that are fragmented. I have ran defrag twice and they
are still fragmented. Is there anything I can do? Also can I move the same
DIR (Steam) to another drive without having to uninstall and reinstall? If
so how? Below is my defrag report.

That is an excellent report. There is no way possible to defrag ALL files on
your
harddrive, you'll always have some fragmented files no matter how many times
you defrag. If you have a separate partition, you can use Windows Explorer to
move files from one drive to another, but that doesn't mean that the program
will run for it may be dependent on other (shared) files. Best is to
uninstall and
reinstall on the other drive for it to work properly.
