Files unable to defragment

I recently reformatted my HDD, and after doing a defragmentation, I
received a message that "some files were unable to be defragmented".

After I check the report, it shows that a few files were fragmented,
yet at the bottom it says no files were fragmented. Is this anything to
worry about? I've never had it happen before. My PC is running fine, so
there's no performance issues. This just bothers me.

Thanks

Files that are open and in use can not be defragmented.

Ok, is this anything to worry about? I also tried to defrag in Safe Mode
but got the same message.

Safe mode or regular mode, open/in use files will not be defragmented. It is
normally NOT a problem you have to be concerned with. If you are, get
yourself a copy of PerfectDisk version 7.046. This program will allow you to
perform a boot time defrag if you so desire, before any other files are
opened. The locked files will be defragged.

Then, after the computer has booted to Windows, use PerfectDisk to perform a
regular defrag also.
