FPSE and Internet Explorer

I am developing my site at home on my local machine using IIS5.1 Internet
explorer works fine with any other URL except the one for my site. Everytime
I try and recalculate or check the server extensions in Inetmgr, I get the
following error:
Cannot access URL
http://graham/_vti_bin/_vti_adm/fpadmdll.dll?page=health.htm
Can anyone shed any light on this please

Have you tried opening http://localhost/graham in IE??
(assuming graham is the folder name that contains the web )
