FP98 upload problem

I am using FP98 with W98 op sy - This has been great for me until about 2
months ago and It suddenly stopped uploading. I have changed nothing - It
get so uploading the file to the internet site and just stops and sits
finally gets a time out error - then I have a terrible time opening my websit
on the computer - it says' there is not server at port 80' What does this
mean? And any suggestion how I can get the program to finish my upload? TIA

I do not always check when the problem exists -I got into the program with no
server port 80 error and the pws is idle - it is idle when I try to upload -
In a port 80 error would it be anything else that i can check?? and if so
what would I change?

Also, let me clarify on the upload problem- It is successful all the way up
until i get to the screen where it starts to transmit and at that point there
is nothing until time out. TIA

Do you have anything else blocking the port 80?
- like yahoo messenger or a firewall

golly - i really dont know what is the port 80?

Port 80 is the default http port that all web server are set to use, and FP needs this port to
connect to the web server.

I have been having trouble with the port 80 - maybe if the upload is not
completed?
