FP2003 Upload changed sequence of Navigation Buttons

This morning I used FP2003's upload feature (to a FP Extensions enabled site)
to update my site. It uploaded everything just fine, including the index
page, with the one quirk that it changed the sequence of the navigation
buttons in the left hand border. Any clues at all?

I'm all ear.

Did you add new pages to the site? If so you may have not re-ordered them Navigation - you have to do this manually.

Yes, I had added pages, but I had them reordered manually in the Navigation
Screen. They show the right order on my computer, but once uploaded they have
the wrong order. Note: If I use FTP Instead to upload, they arrive in the
right order. Mysterious indeed.

Run Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks locally, then do a complete publish
