FP2003 publishing...problem "server timed out"

I am having probmlems publishing with FP 2003 I have had it working
previously but this time ...I get an error. ie server timed out...The
current request did not complete successfully.

My webhost say they have reset my extensions or repaired them but it
has not been sucessful.

What could be causing the problem ...?
Could it be my settings ?

and remote website location

see if you can open the remote website with FrontPage and hit tools/
recalculate hyperlinks and tools/ web settings/ advanced tab (clear
temporary files).
sometimes this takes care of it. other times it goes away on it's own.
