FP2003 Menu Button ?

Is there a drop-down or pop-up Menu Button or capability provided in FP2003
that will let you display/select pages to navigate to when you hover over a
link ......
...... or is this something you have to find that has been scripted in some
3rd party stuff? I'm not very proficient with messing with the HTML code and
wanted to avoid messing with adding scripts if at all possible.

Unfortunately no. You are correct that you'll need third party support such
as a JavaScript. There's an excellent add-in for FrontPage called JBots that
has a component called Menu Weaver
(http://www.websunlimited.com/order/Product/navigation/MenuWeaver.htm) that
may do what you are looking for.

Nothing is built in to FP, but Jim Buyens has a tutorial
for using 2003 to build them ...
