I've downloaded and am in the process of running the
tutorial for FP2002. Unfortunately, I've had some finger
problems and have created more web sites thamn needed.
How does one delete the web-sites here? Many thanks.

You mean delete your local test experiments?

With FP opened, open the Web site you want to delete.
Highlight the root folder
Then Edit|Delete

You'll get a pop-up box with two choices..one to delete the entire web, one to delete just the FP info. In the case of experimental test webs you'll most likely want to delete the entire web.

nb: You always want to manipulate FP folders/files from within FP, don't use Winders Explorer. (usually, generally, we'll just be careful)
