FP2002 crashes

New to FP2002 which I have just installed on Windows XP-Home.

I started by creating a "personal" web site using one of the templates
provided by FP2002. When I try to open this web site, FP2002 crashes. I send
the crash reports to MS but can't find any information on the problem.

I also tried creating a "corporate presence" web site using the wizard and
it also crashed and will not open without crashing.

Any ideas?

Note: Any time you apply a SP and then install a application that wasn't
originally installed when the SP was applied, you have to re-apply the SP.
