Publishing in FP2002 vs FP2003

Are there any known issues with publishing from FP2003. I have it at
home and FP2002 at the office. FP2002 always works when publishing.
Never a problem.

FP2003 seems quirky. On 2 different occasions it has terminated while
"processing the updates" leaving my site in bad shape.

I am having trouble telling if the issue is FP2003 or the host. They
keep wanting to remove and re-install the extensions and that has its
own issues. My site is on a Linux server and I am generally happy with
them.

2003 worked previously but has developed problems in the last few
weeks. I can't figure what is causing it. Any thoughts are more than
appreciated.

Run the functions that clear:
The Hidden Temporary files.
The Hidden Cache (*.web) files.
