FP 98, nice site on my hd *HOW*--->www

Greetings smart people, I am a FP dummy. I purchased
this software so I could make my own web site. I
installed the software and it did its own thing about
a "server" during the install. I proceeded to create this
neat site with animation and efficient navigation tools,
but I have this problem...it is on my hard drive and I
don't understand the technical explanation of how to get
it to the www. I have a domain name purchased, my
Internet provider (650dialup.com) gives me a place to put
a site and they have a "upload" feature I tried as well
(they have no help feature for this). Where do I put my
domain name? I have this http://paul, personal web on my
hard drive but that is not my domain name. You are
probably shaking your head right now. I even used a site
that gave step-by-step instructions on getting this
accomplished, however I threw my hands in the air when I
got to the step… after clicking the "publish" button there
was to be a text box where I was to enter something in...I
didn't get one. Anyway, I need to get this web published
on the www. Please help this dummy, Thanks, Paul

With your local web open in FP, then File Menu | Publish FP web and enter
www.yourdomainname.com and then your login info.

If the remote server has the FP extensions, then any of the FP components
that you used will work once published, forms, hit counter, etc.

If the remote server doesn't have the FP extensions, then any of the FP
components will not work.

I tried using FTP successfully when I first started, but then discoverd the
File Publish within FP itself. IT'S FABULOUS and very easy. Just have your
login info handy. You can then publish frequently and see how it looks in
real life.
