FP 2003 - open same site

in FP 2003 when i click File\Open i want to come directly to one location - site but cant find where i enter that.
i dont want to click 10 times to come to the site,i want it to appear instantly when i click File\Open..anyone knows where that option is

automatically when FrontPage Starts
