FP 2002 won't install on Win98SE: asycfilt.dll out of date

HELP!!! I just upgraded from FP98 to FP2002 and can't get
FP2002 to install on my Win98SE system: I have
asycfilt.dll ver.2.40.4275.1 and I need ver2.40.4277.1

WHERE can I get a download of the new version of this
file??

(I'm running MS Office 2000 Small Business.)

Thanks for any help you can give! I have a client with a
deadline TOMORROW!!
