Outlook 2002 Installation Error on Windows 98 SE

I have an installation disk supplied with an IPAQ 2210
for Outlook 2002. When I attempt to install Outlokk 2002
on my PC, which is running Windows 98 SE, i get an error
no 25506, detailing that a system file needs updating,
namely C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ASYCFILT.DLL at version
2.40.4275.1, requires 2.20.4277.1
