FP 2002 "Permissions" problem

I'm using FP 2002 and a server running FP server extensions. However, their site won't allow subwebs with different permissions, so I tried to simply set permissions in FrontPage. The "Sever" menu item appears grayed out, and won't let me get to the permissions stuff. Any thoughts?

I just want a page or two on my site to be password protected.

thank you very much

With FP, you can only set unique permissions on a subweb, but if you host doesn't allow this, then
you have look into using a method that is supported by your host.
