found new hardware?

I installed my dell A10 810 printer and this error message wont go away its
saying there was a problem installing this hardware... The system cannot find
the file specified...Please someone help me how do i get rid of this?????

Did you the installation CD which came with the printer?

yes i used the cd that came with the printer...the printer installed fine and
i can use it now but this message thing keeps popping up and wont go away and
the new hardware thing keeps popping up

When you installed the printer did you attach the data cable before you loaded
the installer? If so, uninstall, disconnect the printer from the PC. Install
again and wait until the installer is looking for the printer - then plug in
the printer and power it on.

Uninstall and reinstall it. Did you change USB ports for the printer?
