Forwarding

My work has office 2003 and I have all my e-mails forwarded to a Yahoo e-mail
address. Prblem is it shows from me instead of from the original sender. I
would like to use this yahoo address to reply to the e-mail's original sender
without them knowing it is from that address.

My main objective is to use iPhone to respond when I am away from my VPN
Connection to the work e-mail.

Then their is another problem I have. How can I change to show my work
e-mail address as the e-mail originator? (Not the yahoo Address) I have
changed the reply to showing my work e-mail address but it still shows the
yahoo address as well.

Thanks for any suggestion on the two questions
 
You need to talk to your Exchange or email admin to see if this is possible
or if they even support it. They may not even support you automatically
forwarding to Yahoo since it may be a security breach.
 
Actually under "Tools" then "Rules and Alerts" I have been succesful at
forwarding to my yahoo e-mail address. The problem is it shows from me since
it is forwarded from me. I read that "delegate" is a way around this but can
not find this option in these rules

If you're using Exchange, don't use a forwarding rule. Use a redirect rule.
 
Using Redirect would remove it from my work e-mail. I need it stay in my work
e-mail and go to yahoo.

Then you'll need to have something written on the server side. Forwarded
messages are, by definition, from the forwarding address. A work-around is to
forward the messages as attachments rather than as inclusions. The forwarded
message will still be from you, but you'll have access to the original message
and its headers so you should be able to open it and reply properly.
