forwarding email

I don't want my email address to show in the text area of the email when I
forward an email to someone-just want my name. Is there anyway not to have
this show on my emails? Is it possible to just show name instead of my entire
email address? This is for privacy concerns-I don't want my email address
shared with everyone if I forward an email. I use Outlook 2000.
 
Your email address is contained in the header of every message you send. Changing the displayed name will make no difference.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
