Forwarding e-mails from Outlook

In Outlook, I want to forward the content of an e-mail so that it is
forwarded as an attachment. How do I do that?

I see that I can send the e-mail, but then my added cover message appears on
the same page. Or I can save the attachment in My Docs, and then send it
with a cover e-mail.

But with OE, I was able to forward e-mails as attachments (without having to
save them), but I don't see that capability w/ Outlook. I think I just don't
know where the forward button is on Outlook. Please help. Thanks.

You can set your reply/forward options in Tools-> Options-> button E-mail
Options...-> bottom section
