Forwarding All Mail from Windows Live Hotmail to Another Email Acc

I have several email accounts and would like to be able to check them all in
one location. I can forward all incoming mail from my Yahoo, and Gmail
accounts to my Windows Live Mail account, but would prefer to read my mail in
my Gmail account. To do this I need to FORWARD ALL INCOMING MAIL from my
Windows Live Hotmail account to another account.

How do I do this?

My understanding is that Hotmail doesn't offer forwarding unless
you pay for a premium account.
Hopefully, the new email client program that Microsoft will release
later this month will simplify this situation.

I have a msn.com email address, which I understand is a "premium" account. My
ISP is Qwest and they partner with msn.

Can you tell me how I determine if forwarding is available on my account?
