Forwarding a 2007 Distribution List

Good Afternoon!

I need to forward an Outlook 2007 Distribution List to someone outside of
our company, but when they recieve it, they get empty email attachments
instead of the distribution lists.

All emails on the list are entered, not selected from a database.

Can anyone advise? Alternatviely, if this isn't possible, is there a way to
import a distribution list from an excel file?

How are you trying to send it? Try this - save the DL to your desktop
(easiest is to drag it from your contact folder to the desktop) and then
insert it in a Outlook Rich Text Format message as an item.
