Forward Rules

I am trying to setup a rule in Outlook 2002 to forward
mail to a cell phone pager. The mail is sent but all the
header information is sent also. This is a problem
because my text limit on my pager is limited and I do not
receive the acutal message. Does Outlook have a setting
to forward the email message only?

the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.
