Forward header is missing

I have a site with one machine (out of over 50) using Outlook 2003,
installed from an SBS server. If you print an e-mail, you don't get
the From/To/Subject header. I can forward the message to another user
on the same network and they can print the header fine.

We have reinstalled Outlook to no avail.

I have searched for possible answers and come up a blank. Any
suggestions?

Craig

are you printing the mail from the inbox or from an open message?

I am having the exact same problem. In addition, sometimes I have been able
to print headers on one network printer, but not another .... then strangely,
when I print to the first printer again, it doesn't print the headers this
time.

I will add that this issue started happening a week or two after I
downloaded the IE7 (beta?) version, if that means anything.

We installed the IE7 beta, hoping it might fix it, with no luck.

outlook express

Has anyone ever found out how to fix this? I am experiencing the same problem.
