Forward Folders

Dear Colleagues,
This is a question from one of my users.
Good morning Louis,

I have something of a dilemma and I'm hoping you can help me. The
purchasing agents have all switched duties and I have several folders in my
outlook for different departments I was working with. I want to forward
these folders onto the new agent for that department and I don't know how or
if it can even be done. Can you help me?

I am not sure if this can be done on the client side. Maybe on the backend.
Please advise. Louis

you can't forward folders, only the mail in them. He can give the folders to
the other group one of two ways - move the folder to a new pst (file, new,
outlook data file) then zip the pst and send it. Or create a folder on his
desktop on drag all the messages to it, then zip the folder and send it.
