Email forwarding from a folder

I would like all emails which I save to a specific folder to be forwarded on to a colleague. I can see how to set a rule to forward email as it arrives but I don't see how to do this as I save email to a folder.

If you know how to do this or can point me right I'd love to hear from you.

Rules only act automatically during the send/receive process. If you want it
to apply after the send/receive process or on a specific folder you'll have
to run rules manually.

Rules only fire when mail is received or sent. You can setup a rule to move
a message to a folder and forward it.
