Forward Button Disappears

Good Afternoon,

I've run into a strange issue with a particular user that is running Outlook
2003. Every so often, and apparently randomly, when a message is opened the
Forward button does not appear in the toolbar for the message. The user is
aware of how to go to Add or Remove Buttons\Standard and add the forward
button back to the toolbar, however this does not appear to permanently add
the button and it will eventually disappear again from the toolbar of
messages that are opened. I was unable to find any information regarding
this in a search of the Outlook newsgroups and am just wondering if anyone
else has ever run into this or has any suggestions on where to even begin
troubleshooting.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Bumping this one up again...anyone have any thoughts? The print button will
occassionally disappear as well, doesn't appear to be specific to the forward
button but rather an issue with toolbar settings sticking in general.

Just wondering if there's even a starting point for troubleshooting, like
maybe a specific file that controls toolbar settings or anything like that?
