forward button closes email

Outlook2003. I have a couple users that this is occuring on and only with one
or two emails. If a user receives an email (RTF) with an HTML file or even a
picture attached or imbedded, if they open the email and click the Forward
button the email will close. But if they just highlight the email within
outlook and click the Forward button on the Outlook menu bar it will forward
ok. Opening the email and copying the contents to a new email also works.So
far only two users have seen this problem. Any ideas?

I found out that if you uncheck the option in Tools->option-> Email option->
Close original email on reply message then the problem will solve.

I think should be bug of office that if someone "copy and paste" a picture
instead of
"Insert" a picture into RTF format email. e.g. Screen dump direct paste in
Mail
and someone with the option "check" in outlook 2003 will have the same case
like this.
