In a1 heb ik een formule en
in b1 heb ik een formule en
in c1 heb ik een waarde die in a1 en b1 wordt gebruiken.
ik wil een formule die a1 met b1 vergelijkt en als ze niet gelijk zijn
voegt andre waarde van c1 in a1 en b1 tot dat ze gelijk worden

If I understood you correctly you're looking for Solver (in the Tools
menu). This would change cell C1 as long as A1 is not equal to B1

this is the quetion
in A1 is formula
in B1 also formula
in C1 is the value in the A1 and B1 used
if the result from A1=B1 give anther value for C1

for this use the Solver Add-in (you may have to install/activate this
add-in in the menu 'Tools - Add-ins') In this add-in you can specify
cell C1 as ther cell which can be changed and set as condition that A1
has to be different from B1
