I never paid any attention to this before (maybe I should have), but I
noticed the forms ruler is not divided into inches or centimeters. For
instance, the "1" tick mark is really about 2 and one-half inches. So, on the
properties sheet, say, if I set the widith of a button to 1", it comes out to
about 2 and a half. What gives?
