forms issue

I have created forms with good success but now when I create a form, and I
click on the options button i get a box for "options for custom form handler
instead of the email and send to options... i cannot uncheck "send to other"
on the properties box.. is this a setting i need to reset or something... I
have never had this problem before.

Check Your Tools Page Options Authoring to make sure the FP SE (SharePoint) is enabled
