form fields options greyed out

2 questions that are probably related... when I
Right-click the form, and then click Form Properties and I Click Options
there is no Saved Fields tab.
The names of all the fields in the form are supposed to be listed in the
Form fields to save list. "Options for custom forms handler" is all I see.
Also when I click right click Form Properties the email option is greyed out
so I cannot click it and program it to send results to my email address.
Form is on www.welistyousave.com/affiliates.html in case you need to see it.

your web has fp extensions, so don't use Send to Other use the selection
above that (Send to file name)

Thanks Rob. I should have been more specific, though. The entire "Where to
Store Results" option is greyed out, so I can't choose send to file name,
email address or database. They're all greyed out.

It will be grayed out until you click that little Send To radio button...or
does that not work?

The "send to" radio button for file name or email address is just not
clickable. The next radio button down, "send to other", is the only choice
available.

With that page opened in FP, check Tools | Page Options ... on the Authoring
tab see if Browse Time... and Author Time... boxes are checked.

Thank you! That did it! I tested it and it seems to work fine. I never would
have found that on my own.
