Forms in Layout Table - Fixed Height and Width Attributes

Is it inviting trouble to use a fixed width and height on a form placed in a
layout table? Could this cause a form not to be processed correctly? i.e,
not to reach a confirmation page or email sent not to be received?

I would try not to use fixed heights. You can run into trouble with them and
they're not supported cross-browser. Although you can enter a table height,
it's actually not part of the standard and a browser does what it wants.
This is the case generally for all elements with the exception of a couple,
but if they can be avoided it's probably best. Especially with filling out a
form as you never know what a user could run into if their browser or
browser settings cut off part of the form (as in the case of the user who
has their text size larger to assist them visually).

ive tested your form over the past few days and it's been working fine in
FF, IE7, Mozilla, Netscrape and Opera.

Thanks for testing the form. I did get the e-mails I think you sent. I'm
just at a loss here on what to do. I thought I was only getting a "Frontpage
Error" message at home, but a friend said yesterday that she got an error
message, too, when trying to send me an email from my Contact form. I'd like
to start publicizing my site, but I'm hesitant if there's an intermittent
problem with getting to a confirmation page after hitting Send on my Contact
form: momsofomaha.com/siteforms/feedback.htm
