Forms help needed

I'm creating a form / template that may or may not be protected. The form
will allow users to enter text.

The goal: As users are entering text at the end of page 1, Page 2 is
automatically create, I would like the body of the form to appear on the 2nd
page and so on... much like a header and footer ( without the context from
page 1 or any previous page)

Is it possible?

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you want. Is what you see on Page 1
supposed to repeat on Page 2? Or are you wanting the form to break to the next
page (assuming what you're typing is in the middle of the form)?

Which version of Word?

Can you explain the caveat about protection in more detail?
