Agreed, however you would have to disable all field names, not just for a specific set of fields.

Hi Thomas, my apology for this taking so long. Here is the link.

http://www.sunsetgrillenc.com/menu.htm

Here is what I'm getting back in email after checking the first 5 boxes and
clicking submit

Starters1: Coconut Shrimp
Starters2: Calamari
Starters3: Buffalo Wings s/Bleu Cheese
Starters4: Quesedilla
Starters5: Apple Bites
Starters6:
Starters7:
Starters8:
Starters9:
Starters10:
Starters11:
Starters12:
Starters13:
Starters14:
Starters15:
Starters16:
Starters17:
Starters18:
SoupsAndSalad1:
SoupsAndSalad2:
SoupsAndSalad3:
Starters:
B1: Submit

What I'd like to have is only the items / item names from the menu returned
to email if they were checked on the form. For example, in this case I would
have liked to have only the following returned in email:

Starters1: Coconut Shrimp
Starters2: Calamari
Starters3: Buffalo Wings s/Bleu Cheese
Starters4: Quesedilla
Starters5: Apple Bites

Thanks and have the greatest of holidays.

Not possible when using the FP Form Handler, unless configure the form to not send the field names,
in which case you would get back the following according to Bob.

Coconut Shrimp
Calamari
Buffalo Wings s/Bleu Cheese
Quesedilla
Apple Bites

or maybe

Coconut Shrimp
<this item not checked>
Buffalo Wings s/Bleu Cheese
<this item not checked>
Apple Bites

Problem is solved. I went to Form Properties, Options, E-Mail Results,
unchecked Field Names and that did it as shown below:

Coconut Shrimp
Calamari
Buffalo Wings s/Bleu Cheese
Quesedilla
Apple Bites

I just did not know the displaying the Field Names was the key to the item
appearing. Thanks to all who helped with this and have the greatest of
holidays.

Bob, I have one other question. Is there a easy way to line up the prices of
each item in the menu without having to space over?

Thanks

B

Bob

It looks like you have started....
Tables is the easy way
Then if you don't want to see the table borders.

Go to table properties and toward the bottom
Borders make it 0 then check the collapse table borders..
The tag will look like this..
<table border="0" width="Your choice" style="border-collapse: collapse">
You only need 2 columns then in the properties... align left
Make the width about 720px... That should work

Hope this helps

Bob

I should have said set the width to what looks good but not more than about
735px

Sorry for the confusion on my part.

bob
| It looks like you have started....
| Tables is the easy way
| Then if you don't want to see the table borders.
|
| Go to table properties and toward the bottom
| Borders make it 0 then check the collapse table borders..
| The tag will look like this..
| <table border="0" width="Your choice" style="border-collapse: collapse">
| You only need 2 columns then in the properties... align left
| Make the width about 720px... That should work
|
| Hope this helps

| || Bob, I have one other question. Is there a easy way to line up the prices

Bob, I just tried tables and it left spaces (probably representing the rows)
instead of listing the checked items on right after the other. Thanks.

Bob

Not quite getting what you mean....

But take a look at this with The FrontPage edit button in your browser (if
prompted for password click cancel) then it should open in Front Page and
you can "See" what I was talking about...
http://www.xmas-i-am.com/menu.htm
I just through in prices so you can get an Idea of what it looks like.
