Formatting pages....

I have one long page with text boxes soaced like in "pages", I would like to know how to format them to show each "page" in the browser window with a scrool down by "pages". or should I do them in frames.

I can send the page I am working on if that helps.

You can try all sorts of scripts, or styles, but you will have no reliable control over your users window sizes and settings and
scrolling, so IMHO make each "page" a table and either:
- make each "page" a separate web page
- make a TOC at the top of one large page, and create bookmark links to each "page" table

What appears to you as a "page" will not necessarily appear that way to each user
