Formatting cd rw discs

Hi there,

How do I format a cd rw disc using xp,s own cd writing wizard?

As far as I know, XP does not have a formatting feature. I use Roxio's Disk formatting
Nero also has this feature. You do not need to format CD-RW's unless you want to us
it as a second removable harddrive. You can drag&drop or copy&paste files to it.
