Formatting Blank Document

I do not know what happened, but now when I load Word the blank document no
longer has the standard formatting I am used to seeing. The "cursor" sets
at the top of the page, and the top and bottom formats are gone.

What did I do, and how do I fix??

To fix it, go to Tools > Options > View and check "White space between
pages". See http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/WhiteSpace.htm to
understand what happened.
