format report to show data syde by syde

Hi,
I have a report with two colluns only and 20 pages long. How can i format
the report to combine the data to use the hole width of the page before start
a new one? Thanks in advance.

IN the report's design view, select File: Page Setup from the menu.

-- Select the Columns control
-- Set number of columns to 2 (or 3 might work if you have only two
fields in your report)
-- Set Column Size to 3 inches

Play with the other settings until you get your report to look like you
want it to look.
