format numbers as words - one two three instead of 1 2 3

I'd like to be able to do page numbering that uses the verbal names of the
numbers (one two three) instead of the digits (1 2 3). Is there a way to
access a list of the number words?

I need them to increment automatically of course so it's not just formatting
the page number display in the page, it's the content/type. I hope there's
some kind of field code manipulation/formula that will help - all help
appreciated!

1. View | Header and Footer.

2. Press Alt+F9 to display the { PAGE } field.

3. Add the \* CardText switch. If you want the numbers capitalized, add the
\* Caps switch.

4. Alt+F9 to toggle back.

You can read more about this in the Help topic "Format (\*) field switch."
